Investigations Director
Neil uses investigative and relationship management skills to assist clients. A fully licenced Private Investigator, he is an experienced law enforcement professional, having completed thirty-five years’ service with the New Zealand Police. During his police career, Neil held leadership positions in investigations, intelligence, and tactical groups. The highlight of his career was his appointment as Minister-Counsellor (Police) at the New Zealand Embassy in Washington DC. Neil is the Independent Ethics Officer for World Rugby (WR).
He runs our investigations team to ensure we run a well resourced, ethically minded and effective team of New Zealand's best private investigators. Neil's high level skills as an investigator and his strong connections will ensure you secure efficient and professional results.

Alex Kersjes
Operations Director
Alex runs the administration, HR and logistical side of operations. He understands business and the law to ensure helix Investigations complies with legal and ethical standards, whilst ensuring our team are resourced, trained and capable of delivering a world class service to their clients. He is also experienced in employment law disputes and directs our workplace team in investigations and claims.
Alex has run a variety of companies across the globe so understands the pressures of business and of life and is motivated to ensure the helix team is responsive, results focussed and empathic to your needs.
